Who operates Fileflow?

Fileflow is an independent browser-based file-conversion website. For privacy questions, contact itzneverme154@gmail.com.

Files you choose to convert

Fileflow's converters process the selected file in your browser. The file is not uploaded to a Fileflow conversion server. The selected file and the converted result are held in your browser while you use the tool; the result is offered as a download. Closing or refreshing the page may discard work in progress.

Some conversion code is downloaded when needed from third-party services, including cdnjs, unpkg, and jsDelivr. Your browser contacts those services to retrieve the code. The video engine is served from this site. A library provider does not receive the selected file merely because its code is downloaded, but code delivery may expose ordinary connection information such as your IP address, browser details, and requested resource to that provider.

Website hosting and technical information

The website is hosted by Vercel. When your browser requests a page or asset, Vercel and its infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and referring page to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the service. Vercel's handling of this information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Fileflow does not currently use its own analytics service or set advertising cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; Google's services may receive connection information when your browser requests those fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertising and consent

At the date of this notice, Fileflow does not load Google AdSense or serve third-party ads. If advertising is introduced, this notice will be updated before ads are enabled to identify the advertising providers, explain the data and storage technologies they use, and describe available privacy and consent choices. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize ads.

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may receive information about your browser, device, IP address, pages visited, and interaction with ads. They may store or access cookies and similar identifiers to provide, measure, and, depending on your settings and consent, personalize ads. Google's use of information from sites and apps that use its services is described in Google's Partner Sites policy and Privacy Policy. You can manage some Google ad personalization settings at Google Ads Settings.

Where required by applicable law or Google publisher policy, advertising will not be enabled for a visitor until an appropriate consent mechanism is in place. For ads served to visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the operator will verify and follow Google's current consent requirements, including use of a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework where required. Messages you send us

If you email Fileflow, we receive the address and information you include in your message. We use it to respond and address feedback or support requests. Email is handled by the email providers used by you and the site operator. Do not email sensitive files or information that is not needed to explain an issue.

Retention, security, and your choices

Because conversion happens in your browser, Fileflow does not keep a server-side copy of the file you convert. Hosting and delivery providers may keep technical records under their own retention and security practices. Messages you email are retained as needed to respond and maintain support correspondence.

You can avoid selecting a file, block external resources, or stop using the site. Blocking a library CDN or Google Fonts may affect features or appearance. Children and changes

Fileflow is a general-purpose utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. This notice may change as the site or its providers change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
