Clear terms.
Simple tools.
These terms explain the basic conditions for using Fileflow's conversion tools.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Using the service
Fileflow provides browser-based tools for selected file conversions. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other visitors, or the operation of the website.
Your files and your rights
You are responsible for the files you choose and for having the rights and permissions needed to process them. You keep your rights to your files. Fileflow does not claim ownership of your input or output. The converters process files in your browser and do not upload them to a Fileflow conversion server.
Keep your own copy of important originals. Conversion can change quality, metadata, formatting, color, transparency, or other file characteristics. Document tools focus on text, spreadsheet tools use the first sheet, scanned PDFs are not OCR-processed, and animated GIF conversion uses its first frame. Results can also vary with browser support and the source file.
Availability and limitations
The service is provided without a guarantee that every file, codec, format pair, device, or browser will work. File size and duration limits are shown on the relevant converter page. Conversions use your device's memory and processing resources; large files may be slow or fail even when they are within the stated limits.
We may update, limit, suspend, or remove a feature to maintain or improve the service. Third-party libraries and hosting services are subject to their own terms and availability.
Acceptable use
Do not use Fileflow to process files unlawfully, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure.
Site content and third-party software
Site design, text, and branding belong to their respective owners and may not be reused in a way that infringes their rights. Third-party software bundled with or loaded by Fileflow remains subject to its own license. See Third-party software notices.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fileflow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service changes. The latest version will be posted here with its update date. Questions can be sent to itzneverme154@gmail.com.
These terms are a general summary, not legal advice. The site operator should review them for the applicable jurisdiction before commercial launch.
